Treating uninsured strains ERs

Marcia McLucas, who has one functioning kidney, said she had been waiting in the Cape Fear ER for five hours Thursday. Since the economy took a downturn, visits to the ER by uninsured, unemployed workers have gone up, hospital officials say.
