Gas-tax code pinches nonprofits' budgets

Two-time breast cancer survivor Betty Brandon founded Triangle Helping Hands to help patients get around to doctors' appointments. She says high gas prices and low tax deductions have driven her in debt $30,000 and down to three volunteers.
