A judge will decide Thursday whether to unseal two warrants in the Nancy Cooper murder investigation.Lawyers representing Capitol Broadcasting Co., the parent of WRAL News, and The News &amp; Observer {{a href=&quot;document-0&quot;}}delivered a letter of intent{{/a}} to Superior Court Judge Donald W. Stephens on Monday requesting the hearing.The lawyers plan to argue in court Thursday that the documents are public record and should be released.Warrants contain detailed explanations as to why police want to search a particular location and, possibly, what police believe happened to Cooper.Police and the district attorney say that releasing the information could compromise the investigation.
