Thomas Edward Duffell, 38, of Starr, South Carolina, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $100,000 bond.
