Steve and Linden Spear

Linden and Steve Spear, owners of Haven Friends for Life animal shelter, face several neglect charges involving horses, birds, dogs and cats, as well as felony possession of a controlled substance, investigators said. The substance is a type of medication used to treat the animals.
