RALEIGH, N.C. — A North Carolina State University student told police two men with a knife robbed him early Sunday as he walked on the Rocky Branch green-way trail behind Derr Track Field near Morrill Drive, according to a campus alert.

The student, whose name was not released, said the men approached him shortly before 1:45 a.m. and demanded his wallet. When he refused, one of the men pulled out a knife and swung at him, leaving a small scratch on his arm and chest, according to police.

The men then took the student's wallet out of his coat pocket and fled the area. No other information was released.
