Morrisville man under investigation in child porn case
Police executed a search warrant at Charles Welcher Jr.’s home, 1337 Park Place Ave., on Wednesday, according to an arrest warrant.

Police executed a search warrant at Charles Welcher Jr.’s home, 1337 Park Place Ave., on Wednesday, according to an arrest warrant.
Among the items seized from the home were a computer, CDs, a VCR and VHS tapes with no labels.
Welcher, 55, faces a charge of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
