— A 21-year-old Morrisville man has been charged with running over a man and then fleeing the scene early Sunday, according to an arrest warrant.

The warrant states that Sean Pierre Tolentino, of 1932 Folsom Lane, was driving a vehicle that struck James Strickland in Raleigh. Tolentino was impaired by alcohol at the time, the warrants states.

The extent of Strickland's injuries wasn't clear.

Tolentino was charged with felony hit-and-run causing injuries and driving while impaired. He was being held in the Wake County jail under a $26,000 secured bond. His first court appearance was set for Monday.

WHERE did the incident occur? WHAT was the relationship between the two men? WHAT kind of car was the guy driving?

WHY is it that WRAL stenographers fail to report on the answers to these questions? These are taught in HS journalism.

Actually, Folsom lane is off of Page rd, and the address IS technically Morrisville, even though it's in Durham county.

Folsom Lane is in Durham off of Glenwood Ave near Briar Creek not in Morrisville.
