<b>JACKSON SPRINGS, N.C.</b> — Moore County deputies arrested a 19-year-old man Monday for having sex with a minor.

Authorities arrested Jordan Dana Kirk, of 260 Oakland Lane in Jackson Springs, after receiving a tip that he had been having sex with a 14-year-old girl from Vass.

Investigators charged him with seven counts of statutory rape, seven counts of statutory sex offense, two counts of crimes against nature and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, sheriff's officials said.

Kirk was taken before a magistrate and received a $15,000 unsecured bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for July 31 in Moore County District Court.
