Missing 78-year-old Aberdeen woman found safe, officials say

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, Joan Marie Bouchard.

MOORE COUNTY, N.C. — UPDATE 5:00 a.m.: The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons on Friday canceled a Silver Alert issued a day earlier for a 78-year-old Aberdeen woman.

Joan Marie Bouchard was found safe, according to the Aberdeen Police Department.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, Joan Marie Bouchard.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Bouchard, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

She is described as a 78-year-old white female with white hair and blue eyes.

She may be driving a 2003 Gold Buick towards One Paw at a Time on N. Sandhills Blvd. in Aberdeen.
