Man, woman wounded in shooting at Pinehurst home

A 38-year-old man and 48-year-old woman were wounded early Wednesday in a shooting at a home in Pinehurst, police said.

PINEHURST, N.C. — A 38-year-old man and 48-year-old woman were wounded early Wednesday in a shooting at a home in Pinehurst, police said.

According to investigators, the shooting happened during a domestic dispute at a home on Briarwood Place. Investigators said Ronald Roldan and Vicky Willoughby shot each other.

Willoughby was shot in the head and arm, and Roldan was shot in the stomach and chest. They were both taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

No other information about the shooting has been released.
