Fayetteville police said they responded to a report of shots fired at 205 Circle Court about 2:30 a.m. and found a 36-year-old man with critical injuries.

Fayetteville police said they responded to a report of shots fired at 205 Circle Court about 2:30 a.m. and found David Glover, of the 100 block of Buckingham Avenue, with critical injuries.

Glover, was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Fayetteville police at 910-703-1166 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477. Crime Stoppers pays cash for anonymous tips that lead to arrests.
