Durham, N.C. — A 25-year-old man was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of a 36-year-old man who was found dead outside a residence in the 3400 block of Glenn Road Saturday while police were responding to a possible breaking and entering call.
According to investigators, deputies responded to the call at about 9:15 p.m. and found Jose Luis Delatorre dead in the backyard of his home. They believe Dellatorre was involved in a dispute with Efren Ernesto Caballero-Martinez, who lives nearby.
