RAEFORD, N.C. — A Hoke County man was charged Monday with killing a man and woman in their Raeford home.

Sheriff Hubert Peterkin said that Tommy Charles Brown, 35, and Thalia Rebbecca Mook, 35, were shot at their 110 TC Jones Road home around 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Brown and Mook were pronounced dead at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
