there needs to be a law preventing section 8 from going into established areas with low crime rate and well maintained property, no wonder property prices drop so low so fast. Why should one hard working person have to pay $1000 a month rent while some skel moves in next door, collects a check, subsidized by illegal or criminal behavior, doesn't take care of the home they are HANDED, talks on a smartohone all day, all the while not attemting earn an honest living even when not diabled for one reason or another. Society needs to push back!!!!! Of course the Government is enabling this activity/behavior, SMH

The Great Society is nowhere better evidenced than in the section 8 occupants. Government makes everything better.

I lived in Meredith Village many years ago. It was a nice place to live. I moved out because Section 8 residents were taking over. Now it's just like so many others that are no longer safe.
