[Editor's note: The charges against Kendall Joseph Jones have been expunged by court order.]

Police charged a Raleigh man on Saturday after authorities say he was caught peeping in a men's restroom while at a North Carolina State University football game.

Kendall Joseph Jones, 46, of 301 Weathergreen Drive, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of secret peeping.

An arrest warrant accuses Jones of secretly looking at a child and a 26-year-old man in a restroom at Carter-Finley Stadium.

Yeah I don't quite understand this either. Usually this kind of charge is leveled against someone using a peephole or a camera to observe others using a restroom or dressing room.

A more detailed article on another local news site does say that police report that no device was used to take photos or video. Seems like a tough charge to prove in court.

What a childish thing to do. Guess he never grew up. Blessed he didn't do more to the child. Parents, accompany your children to public restrooms - anywhere, any time, always.

Must be more to this then the SHORT report. I do not know what secretly peeping entail.. Was he looking over the top of a stall? Need a followup on this one

So exactly what did he do? Look around the room as he was using the facilities? Confused....

Where does it say that a device was used? Yea, it doesn't.

LOL. Love seeing all the mugshots…anyhow…this won't stand up in a court of law. Go read the law. Some device has to be part of the secret peep. Just looking to the right or left is not in the law. Guess they are counting the reflection off the hand valve to be the device the law requires to be used.
