RALEIGH, N.C. — A 39-year-old Apex man is accused of exposing himself in the parking lot of the Triangle Town Mall.

Frank Louthan Brierly, of 6113 Gretna Lane, was charged Friday with indecent exposure and misdemeanor stalking

The charges stem from incidents between Jan. 1 and March 15, according to an arrest warrant. Brierly is accused of flagging down a woman in the parking lot of the mall, at 5959 Triangle Town Blvd., and exposing himself.

Brierly was being held under a $5,000 bond at the Wake County jail on Friday afternoon.

Brierly told investigators that he was exposing himself as part a fraternity pledge, according to a Wake County magistrate. He is married and has two children.

The magistrate said that investigators think Brierly was responsible for other incidents at the mall and hope that more victims will come forward and talk to police.
