Well we all know if the new gun laws were in place this criminal would never had a gun to shoot the owner with. Yea, and if you believe that there is a bridge in brooklyn....

It's the IQ's of those who have their heads in the sand that are "circling the drain"...

"Am I the only person alarmed at how often armed home invasions are happening now? What has happened to this country???"

that's what happens when there's no jobs and the economy is circling the drain.

at least we know that if guns are banned, criminals will never shoot an innocent victim ever again.

"It is alarming. What would be worse is to take all of the guns from law abiding homeowners trying to protect themselves".

Quit your yapping, nobody is going to take your precious guns!

Rebelyell55 - I agree with you, I think all prisoner should do hard time, put them in tent in fence around them. If they run shoot them, prison should be a place where no one want to return. Prisoners should lose all right once convict except to be treated humanely.

I guess all the counseling, rehab, alternative schols, free just about everything isn't working out as planned. We need to go back to the days when criminals were punished and not treated like misbehaving little kids. No more plea bargins, slaps on the wrist or community service. Our society is paying for the weakness of our judicial system.

The pentality for home invasion need to rank right up there with murder, I'm mean some serious jail time, or if they harm someone then it's attemped murder. It's also planned, making the crime even worse. I know we don't want spending more money on Jails, but those who commit this type of crime need serious punishment, even if they're as young as fourteen.
