Man, 22, dies days after Durham shooting

A 22-man died Thursday after being shot late Tuesday night in Durham, police said.

DURHAM, N.C. — A 22-man died Thursday after being shot late Tuesday night in Durham, police said.

Officers responded at 11:16 p.m. to a shooting in the 100 block of S. Elm Street where they found Timothy Devon Fuller with a gunshot wound.

No changes have been filed, but police are calling this incident a homicide.
