Kenly man charged with sex assault on child

— Wayne County sheriff's deputies arrested a Kenly man on charges of indecent liberties with a child.

James Sanders Tew, 46, of 10612 Old Beluah Road, was being held on $75,000 secured bond for incidents that allegedly happened during September and October.

Tew was a known to the victim, 11, and the victim's family, investigators said. The assaults allegedly took place at the victim's home.

    how can you judge something if you no nothing about it. even preachers you should not judge. There are alot of people who are accused of something that they did not do so judge not and you will not be judged.

    To protect children, accused child molesters should NEVER be given bail.

    They should be tried quickly to 25 years in prison with no chance of parole.

    he was a known to the victim and family? Seems to be a low bail for a child molester, the state needs guidelines to follow and then follow them they are very inconsistant with bail amounts for crime. Seems the less harm you do the higher the bail.
