Seven injured in head-on collision near Henderson
Seven people were injured Thursday night after a Chevrolet Blazer crossed the center line and hit a Ford Mustang head-on near Henderson, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.

According to investigators, 19-year-old Megan Narron was driving along Satterwhite Point Road about 8 p.m. when she crossed the center line. Narron and two passengers in the Blazer, 55-year-old Ricky Narron and 21-year-old Jessica Campbell, were taken to Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson.
The driver of the Mustang, 26-year-old Joseph Kittrell, and two passengers, 28-year-old Melissa Medlin and a 5-year-old girl, were airlifted to local hospitals. Their conditions were unknown early Friday.
A 3-year-old girl also inside the Mustang was taken to Maria Parham, troopers said.
It wasn't clear what caused Narron to cross the center line, but troopers say water on the roadway could have played a role in the wreck. Narron was charged with going left of center.
Vance County authorities closed Satterwhite Point Road for about two hours while they investigated.
