House fire reported in Fayetteville

Firefighters were called to a house fire in Fayetteville Friday night, authorities said.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Firefighters were called to a house fire in Fayetteville Friday night, authorities said.

According to authorities, flames broke out at a home in the 5900 block of End Place around 8:40 p.m.

When firefighters arrived, they found heavy fire on the second floor with fire shooting through the roof of the home.

No injuries have been reported. Investigators have not said how the fire started.
