It could be understood that if a teen attacks someone that they should defend themselves, however all the details aren't obvious just yet. For a 30 yr old woman to attack a 15 yr old with a blade of any kind and inflict such a serious injury as a collapsed lung she should be jailed. Even if defending yourself there should be no reason to cause as much damage as she did. Unless there is another story somewhere stating her bond then there's no way to know by this story if she was released on a $2000 bond or not, all the facts should be given before placing judgement on anyone but the injuries given were still unjust.

the thing I observe about the public is 99 44/100% will jump to some kind of conclusion before they know the facts. THAT scares me more than any one or two bad people by themselves.

So I am wondering if any of you question why she stabbed her sister? Perhaps the 15 year old is the abusive one and attacked Ms.Clark. Perhaps the 15 year old is a delinquent a threatens her family with calling social services every time they take away her IPOD.

You all need to consider the fact that adults need to be protected from minors as well minors needing protection from adults. If you want to reply to this, please carefully consider what you would do if you were attacked by your 15 year old sister who had been physically abusing her mom and then attacked you? Would you have the right to defend yourself? How would you feel if the media immediately posted your picture and the incomplete story?

I think $2000 bail indicates that the judge knows who started it.

Kids are great. We all love our kids. Kids also hurt, abuse and kill people as well. I hope you don't cross paths with this 15 year old who is out on NO bond.

"This is what I love about the media. The authorities can't release the victims name because she is a minor. but, the media has no problem releasing the sister's name, address, age, etc. I'm sure no one can figure out who the victim is from that." -gman007

    I agree!

It's a sad sad world when someone starts stabbing or shooting membes of their own family.

Of course you can do the calculations: does she have sums of money, a means to flee, etc. etc.

I choose to apply common sense: If she would stab her own family/sister, would she think twice about harming a stranger? ---- easy decision for me...no bail.
