Goldsboro officer faces sex charges
A former Goldsboro police officer faces charges of statutory rape and indecent liberties with a minor, and those allegations have cost him his job.

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — A former Goldsboro police officer faces charges of statutory rape and indecent liberties with a minor, and those allegations have cost him his job.
Chad Calloway, of 205 Graces Farm Road in LaGrange, was fired from the force in January, and he was indicted and arrested Monday, following an SBI investigation.
The offenses date back to 1999.
Calloway worked for the Goldsboro Police Department for 18 years.
