Sgt. Roginal Michel, 37, of Philadelphia, was a nodal network systems operator and maintainer for 1st Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade.

"Sgt. Roginald Michel was a valued member of the team. This tragic incident is a significant loss for the Panther Battalion," Lt. Col. David Short said. "We are grateful for Sgt.
