Former Honda employee charged with stealing property

Goldsboro police arrested a former employee of a Honda dealership and charged him with stealing property and breaking and entering.

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Goldsboro police arrested a former employee of Goldsboro Honda and charged him with stealing property and breaking and entering.

Authorities placed Kaseem Lawrence Butler, of 103 Rhonda Place in Goldsboro, in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,500 secured bond, they said Monday.

Officers said Butler broke into a vehicle, as well as the dealership. They said he also stole about $20,000 worth of property from Goldsboro Honda.
