From the related stories: "On Sept. 8 and Sept. 18, 2006, Hilsinger stopped another Hispanic driver and stole a total of $340 from him, authorities said. The driver was an undercover police officer, and Hilsinger was arrested by the FBI after the second incident".

Who of us would have to rob someone twice before being arrested? This is such BS that after the first robbery he was allowed to continue, simply because he wears colors of the boys in blue gang.

This is a slap on the wrist as far as I'm concerned. Cops and anyone else in law enforcement deserve harsher punishments for breaking the law.
