Five from Triangle make 'Best Restaurants in America' list
Open Table has released its 2014 "Best Restaurants in America" list and the Triangle is well represented.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Open Table has released its 2014 "Best Restaurants in America" list and the Triangle is well represented.
The list contains 100 restaurants from across the country. The website, which helps users book reservations at participating restaurants, analyzed more than five million reviews of more than 20,000 restaurants across the country to determine the list.
Pittsboro's own Fearrington House came in third on the list. The top 10 were listed and then the remainder of the restaurants were listed in alphabetical order.
Also making the list:
- Bida Manda in Raleigh
- Herons at the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary
- Saint Jacques French Cuisine in Raleigh
- Second Empire in Raleigh
And it's not in the Triangle, but The Copper Door in Hayesville, N.C., also made list.
