A North Carolina woman faces murder charges after police say she hit a man with his own car.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A North Carolina woman faces murder charges after police say she hit a man with his own car. 

Fayetteville police say 44-year-old Marilyn Wolfe and 57-year-old Chang Zheng got into an argument in his car on Feb. 19. in the Bonnie Doon Subdivision. 

According to police, Zheng got out of his car and Wolfe got in the drivers seat. She ran over him. 

Zheng died Saturday as a result of his injuries sustained during the assault, police said. 

Wolfe was charged with voluntary manslaughter. She was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $150,000 secured bond.
