<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Fayetteville police say a 15-year-old was shot in the neck on Thursday night.

Authorities responded to a shots fired call near 403 Bryan St. just after 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found out the victim had been transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Preliminary investigations show a man got out a vehicle and shot the teen. Investigators believe the teen might have been involved in an argument with the shooter.

The teen’s injuries were non life-threatening.
