Fayetteville teen charged in break-in

A Fayetteville teenager was arrested Thursday in connection with a breaking-and-entering at an apartment complex last month.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville teenager was arrested Thursday in connection with a breaking-and-entering at an apartment complex last month.

Justin Thomas Irving, 18, of Wakefield Drive, was charged with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny, possession of stolen goods and obtaining property by false pretense.

The charges stem from a May 26, break-in of a Jeep Laredo outside an apartment complex off of Fillyaw Road.

Irving was jailed under a $2,000 unsecured bond.
