Fayetteville police are seeking public assistance in locating a homeless man who they said stole a car during a test drive.

— Fayetteville police are seeking public assistance in locating a homeless man who they said stole a car during a test drive.

Detectives said they have obtained warrants for the arrest of Lamont Penny, 22, on charges of larceny of a motor vehicle, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Authorities said Penny stole a burgundy 2008 Honda Accord with no registration plate from Bryan Honda.

Penny is also listed as an absconder from parole, said police.

    Don't waste taxpayer money defending this varmit.......Look at prior charges and surmise that this person has a pattern. Dunk him in a volcano.
