Steven Moore, 25, was taken into custody early Wednesday in Robeson County, police said. He faces charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and robbery with a deadly weapon.

Fayetteville police are looking for 25-year-old Rahsheed Williams, who will also be charged in the shooting. Williams, of Fayetteville, is 5-feet-9 inches tall and about 140 pounds, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call their local police department, 911 or Fayetteville Crime Stoppers at 919-483-8477.
