Fayetteville man charged with exposing himself to women

Police arrested a Fayetteville man Wednesday and charged him with four counts of indecent exposure.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police arrested a Fayetteville man Wednesday and charged him with four counts of indecent exposure.

Officers responded to the Westwood Shopping Center parking lot after someone reported that a man was exposing himself in a tan Chevrolet Express van.

Police arrested James Michael Black, 55, of the 200 block of Campbell Avenue. He admitted to exposing himself to women in various locations throughout the city, authorities said.
