Ex-Hoke Employee Faces Student Sex Charge
A former Hoke County employee has been charged with having sexual contact with a student, authorities said.
Posted — UpdatedRAEFORD, N.C. — A former Hoke County employee has been charged with having sexual contact with a student, authorities said.
Patrick Dupree, 41, of 1251 Blackford Drive in Fayetteville, was charged with one count each of statutory sex offense, sex offense of a student and indecent liberties with a student. He was being held in the Hoke County Jail on a $500,000 secured bond.
Dupree resigned his position with Hoke Parks and Recreation before his arrest.
