Entries being accepted for Raleigh's 'Race Around the World'
Entries are now being accepted until Sept. 2 for the 2013 Raleigh Race Around the World.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — Entries are now being accepted until Sept. 2 for the 2013 Raleigh Race Around the World.
Eight teams will be tested on their language, geography and cultural knowledge skills at the International Festival of Raleigh Oct. 4-6.
Professional hockey player Bates Battaglia will host the three-day competition.
To be considered, applicants must create and upload a 2-minute audition tape to the 2013 Raleigh Race Around the World Facebook page.
He and his brother won Season 22 of The Amazing Race, which airs on WRAL-TV.
