Durham police: Teen charged in fatal November shooting
A juvenile has been charged with manslaughter in the November 2015 shooting death of 18-year-old Jarmaine Bennett, Durham police said Thursday.

DURHAM, N.C. — A juvenile has been charged with manslaughter in the November 2015 shooting death of 18-year-old Jarmaine Bennett, Durham police said Thursday.
According to investigators, the teen was 15 when he shot and killed Bennett on Nov. 9 in the 1200 block of Wabash Street.
The teen's name has not been released, and authorities said he was being held in the Durham County Youth Home.
The suspect and Bennett knew each other, authorities said.
