The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Friday afternoon for Charles Edwin Lenoir Jr., of Durham.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Friday afternoon for Charles Edwin Lenoir Jr., of Durham.

Lenoir, 52, is believed to have some form of mental impairment. He is black, about 6 feet tall and weighs about 160 pounds.

He was last seen at  3930 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. wearing gray sweatpants, a blue, short-sleeved shirt and black loafers.
