Driver charged in crash near Raleigh flea market

Police said Stephanie Sands was trying to make a left turn at 1436 Rock Quarry Road when she slammed into another car.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police charged a driver Tuesday with failing to yield in a crash near Watson's Flea Market.

Police said Stephanie Sands was trying to make a left turn at 1436 Rock Quarry Road when she slammed into another car. Her car flipped, and hit another car just before 7:30 a.m.

No one was hurt.
