GREENSBORO, N.C. — A court hearing for Sidney Lowe II, the son of North Carolina State University basketball coach Sidney Lowe, was postponed Monday.

The younger Lowe, 21, faces nine charges, including felony aiding and abetting armed robbery, in connection with a March 16 shooting at a University of North Carolina at Greensboro dormitory.

The UNC-Greensboro shooting occurred inside Weil Hall. Freshman Stephen Cobb of Raleigh was wounded in the incident. A Greensboro teen has been charged with the shooting.

Lowe II also is charged in a separate case, where two men entered a house with six people inside, robbed them and struck one person in the head with a bottle.

No date has been set for the rescheduled court hearing.
