Investigators determined that the boy had been injured at 1409 Tulip Street and that the injuries were not accidental.

The article doesn't state if this sicko is related, and I wonder how long he was with the baby ? Skeletal fractures don't just happen. The thing with an infant is that no matter how upset you get (with their crying, because at 4 months, it really can't be much else), you can put them in their crib, where they are safe, and leave the room until you can get yourself together. I'm not saying to abandon them, or to leave them in any danger, but to step away for a few (just a few) minutes is the responsible thing to do. This guy may be taught a valuable lesson in jail.
