Eric Antwon Lamar Muse, 19, of Charlotte, drowned Sunday while swimming with friends in the Little River, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Eric Antwon Lamar Muse, 19, of Charlotte, drowned Sunday while swimming with friends in the Little River, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office initially identified the man as Sean Michael Donnan, 19, but later corrected that information.

Sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Tanna said Muse disappeared under the water just before 3 a.m. near Tissington Street and Elliott Farm Road.

A search-and-rescue team began looking for his body at dawn and found him early Sunday morning, Tanna said.
