RALEIGH, N.C. — A Fort Bragg soldier was sentenced Thursday to 15 years in federal prison on child pornography charges, authorities said.

Dwayne Anthony Frazier, 43, of 522 Siltstone Place, pleaded guilty last July to manufacturing child pornography. In addition to his prison sentence, he was ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution.

Frazier and his teenage son were arrested in December 2008 after the son's ex-girlfriend's claimed that she had been sexually assaulted.

Cary police said Frazier's attempts to disprove accusations that his son raped the girl led to investigators' searching his home and finding a video showing him and his son committing sexual acts with the girl.

A forensic examination of a computer seized during a search of Frazier's home found 22 videos containing child pornography, federal authorities said.

Frazier still faces state charges of second-degree rape and sexual exploitation in the case.

He is a sergeant first-class with the Army's 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, which is part of the 82nd Airborne Division's 4th Brigade Combat Team.
