DURHAM, N.C. — Comedic legend Carol Burnett is headed to the Durham Performing Arts Center on May 12.

During "Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett," the award-winning actress will have an "off-the-cuff" conversation with the audience and answer questions. The format grew out of the question and answer sessions she would do with the studio audience on each episode of "The Carol Burnett Show."

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and start at $76 including fees.

The show is one of many events recently announced at the DPAC. Last week, it was announced that Hall and Oats would be performing on March 13 and the Irish musical ensemble Celtic Woman will play there on April 27. Tickets for both are on sale now.
