QE3 on the way?

The end of Quantitative Easing, round two is upon us this week - finishing up a stimulus package which has helped to keep mortgage interest rates at historically low levels. Given the soft spot that the economy has hit recently, speculation is flying as to whether or not we're going to see QE3, and what perhaps that might look like.
