Time Warner Cable Inc. announced late Friday that it reached an extension with Sinclair Broadcast Group that will allow customers to receive all Sinclair Broadcasting stations through Jan. 14.

Company officials said the extension will allow them to continue to negotiate to reach a long-term agreement.

Here is a list of stations Time Warner customers were at-risk of losing:

— Fox affiliates: KABB (San Antonio, Texas), KBSI (Girardeau, Mo.), WDKY (Lexington, Ky.), WPGH (Pittsburgh), WRGT (Dayton, Ohio), WSYT (Syracuse, N.Y.), WTAT (Charleston, S.C.), WTTE (Columbus, Ohio), WUHF (Rochester, N.Y.), WUTV (Buffalo, N.Y.) and WVAH (Charleston, W.Va.).

— ABC affiliates: WCHS (Charleston, W.Va.), WEAR (Pensacola, Fla.), WKEF (Dayton, Ohio), WSYX (Columbus, Ohio) and WXLV (Greensboro, N.C.).

— CBS affiliate: WGME (Portland, Maine).

— NBC affiliate: WTWC (Tallahassee, Fla.).

— CW affiliates: KMYS (San Antonio, Texas), WLFL (Raleigh, N.C.), WTTO (Birmingham, Ala.) and WVTV (Milwaukee, Wis.).

— MY Network affiliates: WABM (Birmingham, Ala.), WCGV (Milwaukee, Wis.), WMMP (Charleston, S.C.), WMYV (Greensboro, N.C.), WNYO (Buffalo, N.Y.), WNYS (Syracuse, N.Y.), WPMY (Pittsburgh), WRDC (Raleigh, N.C.); WSTR (Cincinnati. Ohio), WTTA (Tampa, Fla.) and WTVZ (Norfolk, Va.).

Note: Fox owner News Corp. has agreed to provide Time Warner Cable with network programming in case a local station operator withholds its signal. That means Time Warner customers would still get shows such as "Glee," ''House" and "The Simpsons," even if they couldn't watch the local Fox newscast. Time Warner Cable also has said that it will continue to provide all available major network programming from ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox even if Sinclair pulls local programs.
