— Two developers announced plans Friday to build a Courtyard by Marriott hotel at Triangle Town Center Mall.

The $15 million, 109-room hotel is a joint venture of MJM Real Estate Group and the Davidson and Jones Group.

"We are thrilled that Courtyard by Marriott will be joining our great line-up of stores and restaurants," said Jack Love, general manager of Triangle Town Center.

The Marriott will feature the chain's new signature lobby, with vivid colors and television screens highlighting news, local attractions and directions. The hotel restaurant, Bistro-Eat, Drink, Connect, will offer free WIFI service.

Triangle Town Center is a 1.3 million-square-foot shopping center at Capital Boulevard and Interstate 540.

I would be more than happy to pay...if I could just get some rest and have a nice mini-bar, indoor pool, a sauna, a swiss girl to give me a full body massage, and room service. I would also like a swiss chick to give me a full body massage.

Be nice if I could take a train there. I hate the traffic in that area and I also hate the traffic at Briar Creek. When is Raleigh getting a rapid transit? Why is Wake County always so far behind Mecklenburg County? We need a good mayor. Someone with vision like Mayor Bell.

They are getting a Courtyard by Marriott which is a lower end hotel compared to a Marriott hotel.

So, they aren't getting a Marriott, then? Got it.
