Triangle Town Center to get Marriott hotel
Two developers announced plans Friday to build a $15 million, 109-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel at Triangle Town Center Mall.

The $15 million, 109-room hotel is a joint venture of MJM Real Estate Group and the Davidson and Jones Group.
"We are thrilled that Courtyard by Marriott will be joining our great line-up of stores and restaurants," said Jack Love, general manager of Triangle Town Center.
The Marriott will feature the chain's new signature lobby, with vivid colors and television screens highlighting news, local attractions and directions. The hotel restaurant, Bistro-Eat, Drink, Connect, will offer free WIFI service.
Triangle Town Center is a 1.3 million-square-foot shopping center at Capital Boulevard and Interstate 540.
