Booth Amphitheatre adds shuttle, deals for next week's Tuesdays for Tots
The free event features a variety of activities for kids and their adults, including a scavenger hunt, games, crafts, music and more.
Posted — UpdatedKids and their adults filled the amphitheater for a morning of activities and put some stress on parking around the amphitheater. For the next event, which is this Tuesday, June 2, organizers have set up a free parking shuttle with Waverly Place Shopping Center.
You'll be able to park your car and hop on board the shuttle at Waverly Place. The ride on board the CTran shuttle is five minutes and, for some kids, likely a highlight of their morning. Patrons who ride the shuttle will take home a goodie bag with free WakeMed Movies by Moonlight tickets and other treats. To get on board the shuttle, you can park in the designated spaces in front of GreenPea Baby & Child at Waverly Place, which is at the corner of Tryon and Kildaire Farm roads in Cary. Shuttles will be operating all morning. Parking is not allowed in the amphitheater's neighboring business building.
Tuesdays for Tots runs 9:30 a.m. to noon on the first Tuesday from May to August. It's free, though some activities such as the face painting and bounce houses may have a small fee.
11:30 a.m. to noon: Venue remains open for more games, crafts and picnicking
