Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police say they don't suspect foul play in a case in which a body was found Wednesday afternoon near Interstate 440.
Police were called around 3:30 p.m. to a wooded area behind Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek, 3801 Rock Quarry Road, where the remains of a man were found.
Authorities are working to identify the man.

Because the fact that a body was found is, in itself, news. Details will emerge as the police investigate. WRAL is only reporting the facts they know, which is better than some GOLO folks (not necesssarily in this string) who report "facts" they don't know.

And this explains why there is a need to report something that there is nothing to report.....why? Why do they choose to make a 3 line report? Why say anything until there is actually something to say?
