Bicyclist killed in wreck near Mebane
Ian Edward Terrell, 23, of 1627 Fox Fire Drive in Mebane, was riding a bike on the right shoulder of Lebanon Road near Doe Run Road around 2 p.m. Saturday. Troopers said Terrell veered into the roadway and was truck by a vehicle.
Posted — UpdatedMEBANE, N.C. — A bicyclist was killed after a wreck with a vehicle on Lebanon Road Saturday afternoon, the state Highway Patrol said.
Ian Edward Terrell, 23, of 1627 Fox Fire Drive in Mebane, was riding a bike on the right shoulder of Lebanon Road near Doe Run Road around 2 p.m. Saturday. Troopers said Terrell veered into the roadway and was struck by a vehicle.
The wreck occurred about two miles east of Mebane.
The wreck remains under investigation.
